Yeni Tri Habsari, 2025. Creating a Bilingual Mini Magazine for Anaya Azana Boutique Hotel Tawangmangu. English Diploma Program, Vocational School, Universitas Sebelas Maret. This internship report was written based on the writer's experience during the internship at Anaya Azana Boutique Hotel Tawangmangu for three months, from January 20 to April 12, 2025. This report aims to describe all activities and difficulties encountered by the writer during the internship. The writer's main activities are: 1) creating a mini magazine of facilities and services at Anaya Azana Boutique Hotel in Indonesian, and 2) translating the magazine into English. During the creation process, the writer faced a main challenge: difficulty obtaining information. To resolve this, the writer maximized the opportunity to ask all relevant departments at the hotel for the complete information needed. Meanwhile, during the translation process, the writer encountered difficulties translating certain words and phrases related to religious and general terms. These were due to differences in terminology use between Indonesian and English. The writer used Nida and Taber's (1982:12) translation process, which consists of three steps: analyzing, transferring, and restructuring. When translating the difficult words and phrases, the writer used reliable sources, such as the Cambridge Dictionary, Merriam-Webster, and many sources from online websites for references. Apart from the main activities, the writer also did some additional activities: translating the company's code of conduct, creating content for social media, hosting live streams, updating RateShopper hotels, and making guest reservations.
