This research was conducted in two districts (Surakarta and Karanganyar) in the former Surakarta residency area from June to November 2023. Sirih cina (Peperomia pellucida L.) is a herbaceous plant belonging to the Piperaceae family. This plant grows wild in humid areas and low light intensity. It was discovered that sirih cina contains several chemical compounds that have the potential to be used as herbal medicine. The morphological identity of the plant is used to determine the function of plant parts. The results of the identification can be used for plant breeding activities or to classify the plant. This research supports the mapping of sirih cinal characters to support sirih cina plant breeding. This research was conducted using a descriptive exploratory survey method on 27 sirih cina samples that have grown flowers in the Surakarta and Karanganyar areas with different altitudes and agroecological conditions. The research was carried out with morphological characters adjusted to the standards of the Tjitrosoepomo (2016). The data were then analyzed using the NTSYS program version 2.02i. The results of the study of 27 samples of sirih cina have morphological diversity in plant weight, plant height, leaf color, leaf length and width, number of leaves, stem color, stem diameter, number of branches, root length, root color, number of flowers.
