Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI Akuntansi 2 SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan Talking Stick. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pelaksanaan penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahap; (1) perencanaan tindakan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi dan interpretasi, (4) analisis dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI Akuntansi 2 di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 32 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui empat teknik, yaitu: (1) observasi, (2) wawancara, (3) dokumentasi, dan (4) tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran. Hal ini dibuktikan pada siklus I dan siklus II bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik selalu meningkat. Sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dan talking stick, nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik ranah kognitif adalah 37,5%. Hasil belajar peserta didik ranah afektif pada aspek jujur dengan 39,06%, aspek spiritual mencapai 50%, aspek tanggung jawab mencapai 48,44% dan aspek kerjasama 40,63%. Hasil belajar peserta didik ranah psikomotorik mencapai 53,13%. Mulai pra siklus sampai siklus II hasil belajar peserta didik terjadi peningkatan, yaitu ranah kognitif sebesar 53,1%, ranah afektif aspek jujur 35,41%, aspek spiritual 35,94%, aspek tanggung jawab 34,37%, aspek kerjasama 40,62%, dan ranah psikomotorik 37,5%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dan talking stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pengantar administrasi perkantoran di kelas XI Akuntansi 2 SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta pada tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. The objective of research are to find out the improvement of learning outcome in grade 11th Accounting 2 of SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the introduction to office administration subject using jigsaw and talking stick types of cooperative learning model. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The implementation of research consisted of two cycles, each of which consisted of four stages: (1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing and interpreting, (4) analyzing and reflecting. The subject of research are grade 11th Accounting 2 of SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2014/2015 consisting of 32 students. Techniques of collecting data used four techniques: (1) observation, (2) interview, (3) documentation, and (4) test. The result of research showed the improvement of student learning outcome in the introduction to office administration subject. It could be seen from the improvement of student learning outcome in cycles I and II. Before the application of Jigsaw and talking stick types of cooperative learning model, the mean learning outcome of students for cognitive domain was 72.66 (37.5%). Thus, affective domain was 39.06% in honesty, 50% in spiritual, 48.44% in responsibility, and 40.63% in cooperation aspects. That for psychomotor domain was 76.03 (53.13%). In cycle I, the mean learning outcome of students for cognitive domain was 76.03 (53.13%). In addition, affective domain was 53.13% in honesty, 65.63% in spiritual, 53.13% in responsibility, and 51.56% in cooperation aspects. Thus, psychomotor domain was 80.87 (75%). In cycle II, the mean learning outcome of students for cognitive domain was 84 (91%). That for affective domain was 75% in honesty, 85.94% in spiritual, 82.81% in responsibility, and 81.25% in cooperation aspects. Thus, psychomotor domain was 86.25 (90.63%). The conclusion of research was that application of the cooperative learning model of the jigsaw and talking stick types can improve the student learning outcome in the introduction to office administration subject in grade 11th Accounting 2 of SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2014/2015.
