ABSTRAK
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Softball pada siswa kelas XI-MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Gondang Sragen Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 melalui metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT).
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas persiapan, perencanaan, tindakan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI-MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Gondang Sragen yang berjumlah 32 siswa yang terdiri dari 9 siswa putra dan 23 siswa putri. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran, dokumentasi, dan hasil tes kognitif siswa. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan presentase.
Dari hasil analisis data, diperoleh peningkatan yang signifikan pada pra siklus ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada pra tindakan hasil belajar Softball siswa sebesar 15,63%, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 59,38% dan pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 90,63%. Hasil pada siklus 2 sudah mencapai target yang diharapkan peneliti yaitu 80%. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I dan siklus II setelah dilakukan penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT). Pelaksanaan siklus II dengan meningkatkan aktivitas bermain menyebabkan hasil belajar Softball meningkat menjadi lebih baik dan tercipta proses pembelajaran yang lebih aktif, efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan sehingga bisa mendukung suatu proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas.
Simpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah dengan penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Softball pada siswa XI-MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Gondang Sragen.

ABSTRAC
The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes of student Softball in class XI-MIPA 1 of SMAN 1 Gondang Sragen academic year 2015/2016 through cooperative learning method Teams Games Tournament (TGT).
This is a classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles; each cycle consists of preparation, planning, action, evaluation and reflection. The subjects were students of class XI-MIPA 1 of SMAN 1 Gondang Sragen totaling 32 students consisting of 9 male and 23 female. The source of data comes from the teachers and the students. Data collection technique was direct observation of learning activities, documentation, and cognitive test results of students. The validity of the data is using triangulation techniques and the analysis of the data is using qualitative descriptive analysis technique with percentages.
From the analysis of the data, obtained a significant increase in pre-cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. In the pre-action, student Softball learning outcomes was 15.63%, then in the cycle I increased to 59.38% and in the cycle II increased to 90.63%. The result in cycle II has reached the expected target of 80%. The increase occurred in cycle I and cycle II after the implementation of cooperative learning method Teams Games Tournament (TGT). The implementation of the cycle II; by increasing the activity of playing Softball, it is lead to increase the learning outcomes better and create an active learning process, effective, efficient, and enjoyable so that it can support the quality of the learning process.
The conclusion of this research is the implementation of cooperative learning method Teams Games Tournament (TGT) may improve learning outcomes on student Softball XI-MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Gondang Sragen.
